Bounce House & Interactive Inflatables Waiver

I understand that participation in bounce houses and interactive inflatables involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, falling, collisions with other participants, and potential injuries.

I agree that my child(ren) will follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the event organizers and bounce house operators.

I acknowledge that The Harvest Tabernacle Church and its volunteers or staff members are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during my participation in the bounce houses and interactive inflatables.

I release and waive all claims against The Harvest Tabernacle Church, its officers, volunteers, and staff members for any injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation in the bounce houses and interactive inflatables.

I authorize The Harvest Tabernacle Church to seek emergency medical treatment for me (or my child if applicable) in case of injury or medical emergency during the event.

I agree that this waiver is binding and enforceable, and I have read and understood all its terms and conditions.

I will notify Harvest Tabernacle Church of any illnesses and/or medical conditions. I will consult with my primary physician or health service provider and provide written documentation consenting me to participate on this excursion.

I, the undersigned participant (or parent/guardian of the participant if under 18 years old), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding my participation in the bounce houses provided by The Harvest Tabernacle Church during the event mentioned above
